An organic waste composting machine is an enclosed system that processes source-segregated organic waste where it is generated. It supports shredding, mixing, controlled heating and aeration, then discharges stabilised output that cures further before final compost use.
The machine-processing stage takes about 24 hours. After that, the discharged material should cure for another 10 to 15 days to become finished compost suitable for plant use.
Suitable food waste, fruit and vegetable peel, tea and coffee waste, eggshells, fish and meat scraps, flowers and suitable garden trimmings can go in. Plastic, glass, metal, foil, thermocol and similar non-organics must stay out.
COMPOSTO offers organic waste composting machine solutions from 10–15 Kg/day and 25 Kg/day compact models, through 50, 100, 200 and 500 Kg/day machines, and up to 1–5 TPD turnkey project systems.
Published prices start at ₹75,000 for the 10–15 Kg/day COMPOSTO VEER and ₹95,000 for the 25 Kg/day COMPOSTO 2.0. Larger 50, 100 and 200 Kg/day machines are quoted on request, the 500 Kg/day industrial model starts from ₹9,50,000, and 1–5 TPD systems are project quoted.
When the machine is correctly loaded with source-segregated waste and operated properly, odour stays low because the process is enclosed and aerobic. Persistent smell usually means poor segregation, excess liquid, overloading or airflow issues.
