Plastic Series
PET bottles, rigid plastics, drums, lumps, films and selected plastic waste streams.
DSC Engineering · Direct OEM
We engineer the shredder around your material—not the other way around. DSC Engineering builds compact to heavy-duty industrial shredders after reviewing feed material, required throughput, feed size and target output.
No fixed off-the-shelf configuration is forced on the application. Final machine specifications and factory price are issued after requirement review.
Direct Answer
Start with the material, quantity, feed size and required output—not only motor HP. These four inputs determine the suitable shaft arrangement, cutter package, reduction drive, chamber, control logic and final commercial configuration.
Application Engineering
DSC builds around the waste stream. The same cutter and drive combination is not presented as a universal solution for every material.
Material compatibility is confirmed after reviewing the actual feed. Photos/videos or a sample description help us recommend the correct configuration.
Custom OEM Engineering
Motor power is only one part of shredder selection. DSC Engineering can build single-shaft, dual/twin-shaft, custom four-shaft and crusher/granulator-style configurations. Gear reduction, RPM, cutter arrangement, feed chamber and automation are matched to the application.
Fine-output systems can be engineered down to approximately 1 mm where the material and process requirement make that practical. Larger custom systems can be configured up to approximately 10 TPD.
DSC Engineering Series
Series names help identify the application family while the final cutter, drive and chamber package remains requirement-specific.
PET bottles, rigid plastics, drums, lumps, films and selected plastic waste streams.
High-torque twin/dual-shaft systems for demanding size-reduction applications.
Food, kitchen, horticultural and selected wet organic waste applications.
MSW, RDF and mixed dry-waste applications requiring robust material reduction.
Tyres and rubber streams with application-matched high-torque cutter systems.
E-waste, PCB and selected electronic waste size-reduction requirements.
Garden, branches, coconut, agricultural and biomass-style feed applications.
Large, special or multi-stage systems engineered against an approved project requirement.
Series nomenclature identifies a DSC Engineering application family. It does not mean every machine in the family has identical dimensions, motor power, cutter geometry or throughput.
Price Transparency Without Bait Pricing
These figures help a buyer understand the broad entry level. They are not fixed model prices. The final factory quotation is based on the exact material and approved configuration.
Selected low-power or compact requirements. Final configuration depends on the material and output.
Indicative starting reference for selected applications—not a universal PET shredder price.
Applicable only to compact requirement-specific builds. Heavy twin-shaft systems are priced separately.
Actual price varies sharply with tyre size, throughput, cut size and system scope.
Drive, cutter package, feed arrangement and automation are engineered after application review.
A shredder built for film, PET bottles, MSW, tyres or metal can look similar from outside while requiring very different torque, cutter geometry, shaft arrangement and protection logic. Publishing one “standard” price without defining the requirement would be misleading.

Buyer Questions
Industrial shredder pricing depends on the material, feed size, required throughput, target output size, shaft and cutter configuration, motor and reduction-drive selection, controls and site scope. DSC Engineering therefore uses requirement-based factory quotations. Indicative starting references may be shown for selected configurations, but they are not fixed prices for every application.
DSC Engineering primarily builds application-specific shredders rather than selling one fixed machine for every waste stream. The motor, drive, cutter system, chamber, shaft arrangement and controls are selected after the material and performance requirement are understood.
Configurations can be engineered for PET bottles, hard plastics, films and bags, organic and food waste, garden waste, MSW, RDF, tyres and rubber, e-waste and PCB waste, light metal scrap, wood and pallets, paper and cardboard, textiles, biomedical waste and agricultural waste. The exact machine depends on the material.
Yes. DSC Engineering manufactures single-shaft and dual/twin-shaft shredders and can custom-build four-shaft or crusher/granulator-style configurations when the application requires them.
The engineering capability spans approximately 0.5 HP to 100 HP. The correct motor and reduction-drive package is selected according to material resistance, load, cutter arrangement, required throughput and duty cycle rather than HP alone.
Fine-output configurations can be engineered down to around 1 mm where the material and operating requirement make that practical. Output size is confirmed only after reviewing the feed material and required process.
Many configurations can be manufactured in around 15 days after technical and commercial approval. Larger or highly customised systems are supplied according to the production schedule stated in the approved quotation.
The current standard warranty is one year against manufacturing defects, subject to the operating conditions and exclusions stated in the final quotation and warranty terms. Wear items and misuse-related damage are handled according to the agreed commercial terms.
